The beer garden in summer: picnic tables and umbrellas on the lawn, the stone pub behind, hills beyond

About The Bryn Arms

Part of village life in Gellilydan

An independent bar and restaurant in the village of Gellilydan, in Eryri National Park. House made dishes cooked from fresh ingredients, with a stunning conservatory for dining and events, and one of the largest beer gardens in the area.

The restaurant

The restaurant is the quiet room: banquettes, laid tables and a view out to the garden. It seats 36, and it is yours to hire privately for a smaller occasion.

The conservatory and courtyard

The conservatory: rows of laid tables under a draped white ceiling, paper lanterns and a foliage wall

Both are open for everyday dining, not just for parties. The conservatory fills with light by day and with fairy lights by night, and the covered courtyard runs alongside it, under cover whatever the weather is doing.
